About
Dr. Mehreen Nawaz Khan is the founder of Regenerative Renaissance and an internationally trained physician with advanced education in lifestyle, integrative, longevity, and mind-body medicine. She is a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine, a Fellow of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, a certified health coach, and a registered yoga teacher, with continuing fellowship training in longevity and regenerative medicine. Drawing upon more than two decades of medical knowledge, global experience, and a deeply human understanding of healing, she helps clients explore the lifestyle, metabolic, emotional, and stress-related patterns influencing their health. Regenerative Renaissance was founded on one transformative principle: when you understand what is happening beneath the symptoms, you can begin rebuilding your health,and your life, from the root up.
